Your Future

You could work with animals in kennels, catteries and rescue centres, at veterinary surgeries and pet shops, in wildlife parks or with regulatory research and conservation organisations in the UK or overseas.


What will I be doing?

Animal management roles can involve the care and upkeep of different species of animals. You would be responsible for duties such as cleaning, feeding and the general welfare of the animals.


What skills will I need?

Observation, communication, good practical skills, patience and resilience, the ability to problem solve, a love of animals and good customer service skills.
