What will I be doing?

Most of your time will be spent in kitchens or restaurants, where you'll be using effective communication skills to work as part of a team, preparing, cooking and presenting food, keeping track of stock control and prividing high levels of customer service. 
 

What skills will I need?

Practical kitchen and restaurant skills, effective communicaton, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, to have stamina, be able to show creativity and work well in a team.
