To put it simply, almost anyone of any age over 16 can undertake apprenticeship training, even those who have degree qualifications can now be considered to undertake an apprenticeship programme. This applies equally to both new and existing employees in your business. Apprenticeships are a fantastic option for those of any age who would like to gain new qualifications alongside working within their chosen industry. There are a range of apprenticeship levels available to suit your organisation and the skills required for your business.

How are apprenticeships funded?

The amount of funding required from your business to support apprenticeship training will depend on the size of your payroll.
