What will I study?
This 10 week course is designed for everyone who would like to try their hand at cooking recipes from around the Mediterranean and beyond, we will be tackling dishes such as Salmon Coulibiac from Russia and Baklava from turkey as well as a variety of dishes from Spain, France, Italy and Greece.
How will I be taught?
Practical demonstration by the tutor One to one tuition within the group Individual/group discussion/evaluations of the practical work achieved
How will I be assessed?
Continuous classroom assessment based on Recognising and Recording Progress and Achievement (RARPA)
