What will I study?
This course designed for everyone who would like to try their hand at cooking recipes from the East. We will be tackling dishes such as a classic South Korean Gimbap and Japanese tempura vegetables served with Salmon and a lively dipping sauce as well as dishes from India, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam, Lessons are held in a professional Kitchen in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Practical demonstration by the tutor One to one tuition within the group Individual/group discussion/evaluations of the practical work achieved
How will I be assessed?
Continuous classroom assessment based on Recognising and Recording Progress and Achievement (RARPA)
