This qualification is suitable for learners aged 16 and above. This qualification provides learners with the knowledge that is required to work in a range of environments in a Business Administration role. Learners will know how to carry out administrative tasks such as managing information and supporting events and will be able to apply their knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles.

What will I study?

This qualification aims to provide learners with the underpinning knowledge that is required by employees to work in a range of different environments in a business administration role. The objectives of this qualification are to help learners to develop essential knowledge of how to carry out administrative tasks such as how to manage information and supporting events and know how to apply their knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles.

How will I be taught?

Alongside the learning materials, you will have the support of a knowledgeable assessor/tutor who will give you advice and guidance on the course content as well as providing useful feedback on the work you complete.

How will I be assessed?

By using e-Assessor, an online portal, to upload work for assessment and feedback by our specialist assessors. The course is usually delivered over a period of 12 weeks
