What will I study?

This qualification aims to provide learners new to the customer service industry with an introduction into the legislation, policies and procedures followed in providing customer care. Also to identify what makes good customer service, and how learners’ own actions may affect customer satisfaction. The objectives of this qualification are to help learners to develop knowledge to support progression within a customer service role and apply their customer service knowledge to a range of job roles and industries.

How will I be taught?

Alongside the learning materials, you will have the support of a knowledgeable assessor/tutor who will give you advice and guidance on the course content as well as providing useful feedback on the work you complete.

How will I be assessed?

By using e-assessor portal to upload work for assessment and feedback by our specialist assessors. The course is usually delivered over a period of 12 weeks
