What you need to know

What will I study?

You will undertake some simple processes to get acquainted with your router. You will learn to sharpen cutters, set-up and operate a router safely. You will make a small piece of furniture in hardwood (supplied as part of the course) which you will take home with you as a memento of the day.

How will I be taught?

We teach in small groups to maximize your potential, typically between 4 and 6 learners per session. This will allow us to give you proper one to one tuition and make the learning meaningful.

How will I be assessed?

We will take a summative judgement at the end of the day of your finished piece. We will feedback constantly during the day and, if you are up for the challenge, push your learning to a higher level.
