Hospitality managers have a high level of responsibility and are accountable for fulfilling the business vision and objectives which requires excellent business, people and customer relation skills. Individuals in this role are highly motivated team leaders that combine a talent for management and specific industry skills and thrive on the customer facing nature of the role.

Entry Requirements

Level 3 Apprenticeship in Service Industries. level 2 Math and English functional skills .A sound academic background. A combination of Apprenticeship/A levels or a BTEC level 3 Diploma.

Career options

Progression to an HND Level 5 ,which is a two year program or a Higher level 5 Apprenticeship.

What will I study?

You will study the Apprenticeship Standard Level 4.Food and Beverage Service this will include ,Management ,House, Keeping, Management ,Front Office Management,Revenue Management ,Conference and Events Management,Hospitality Outlet Management,Multi-functional management.

How will I be taught?

Delivery will be 1 day a week at Chichester College and on going assessments in the workplace.

How will I be assessed?

On going assessments in the workplace and college. End point written test, professional discussion and exam.
