What will I study?

September strats: the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management will cover the following - • Understanding Leadership • Organising & Delegating • Motivating to Perform in the Workplace • Give Briefings and Making Presentations. March starts: Developing Yourself and Others; Innovation and change; Planning change in the workplace; Planning and allocating work.

How will I be taught?

Three hours each week with a subject specialist lecturer. This course has been designed specifically to focus on developing and building on your current experience and to assist you to develop ideas which are both easily transferable to your workplace, and to your ongoing career development.

How will I be assessed?

The course will assist you to meet your personal objectives and aspirations, whilst you work to attain qualifications. Assessment will be undertaken on a non-exam basis using projects and reports based on your own workplace and experiences.
