We are excited to announce the launch of a new contemporary L&D qualification at Intermediate level. Finally there is further training opportunities for L&D professionals. The Foundation Level still takes the students through the Learning Cycle and forms foundation blocks for any trainers and L&D professionals. The Intermediate Level has some new exciting modules: Developing Leadership and management Skills; Designing and Developing Digital and Blended Learning Solutions and Supporting Individual Learning through Coaching and Mentoring.

Entry Requirements

Human Resources Practice/Learning & Development Practice Level 3 Diploma or A Levels and HR Experience or equivalent business/HR/L&D experience.

Career options

These courses lead to the Advanced Level Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.

How will I be taught?

Live lessons and collaborative working are the cornerstones of the teaching style at Chichester College. You will learn the principles of human resources practice through talks, group discussions, case studies, role-plays, and practical exercises. Throughout the programme you will be encouraged to relate theories and practice to your own organisation and experience both within class and written/practical assignments. You will be required to do study in your own time, 2-6 hours a week.

How will I be assessed?

The completion of a programme of written and practical work will assimilate your understanding and test your application of the knowledge and skills you have learnt.
