What will I study?

Developing coaching and mentoring within organisations

How will I be taught?

Live lessons and collaborative working are the cornerstones of the teaching style at Chichester College. You will learn the principles of human resources practice through talks, group discussions, case studies, role-plays, and practical exercises. Throughout the programme you will be encouraged to relate theories and practice to your own organisation and experience both within class and written/practical assignments. You will be required to do study in your own time, 2 hours a week.

How will I be assessed?

The completion of written and practical work will assimilate your understanding and test your application of the knowledge and skills you have learnt.
