Steven Edwards, 2013 champion of Masterchef: The Professionals, joined students to host the grand opening on Thursday (24 November).
The chef, who is the creative consultant for the Brighton i360 and owns his own catering company - etch food, spent the day at the college working in the kitchens with students to prepare some of the canapés ahead of the event.
