Restaurant 64 & Bar

Restaurant 64 & Bar is our fully licensed training restaurant

We offer a refined and peaceful atmosphere where you can choose from our seasonal à la carte menu to dine at your leisure. All meals are prepared and served by our students while being supervised by their lecturers.

The restaurant is open for lunch on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, whilst dinner service takes place on Thursday evenings.

64 Restaurant & Bar is found on the ground floor of B block, along the main corridor of the Chichester campus.

If you let us know about your food allergy when booking, we can offer several delicious and safe alternatives to our popular dishes. A vegan menu is also available on request.

While we take every precaution when dealing with allergens, we cannot guarantee that our food is allergen-free. Our meals are prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten, and other allergens are present. If you have any concerns, our team is here to assist you.

5th March, Goodwood takeover

The Goodwood Takeover is a flagship annual collaboration between the Goodwood Estate and Chichester College’s Hospitality & Catering department. Held this year on 5th March 2026 at Restaurant 64, the event brought together a team of highly skilled chefs from across the Goodwood Estate, who spent the day mentoring and working side‑by‑side with our hospitality students.
Throughout the takeover, students were guided through the full professional kitchen and front‑of‑house experience, from menu development to service execution. Under the chefs’ expert mentorship, learners created a bespoke, one‑night‑only menu inspired by Goodwood’s field‑to‑fork ethos and crafted using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients from the estate.
The restaurant was fully sold out, with guests enjoying a high‑calibre dining experience that showcased both the students’ developing talent and the strong industry partnership between Chichester College and Goodwood. For many learners, the event served as an invaluable opportunity to work in a live, fast‑paced environment, gain real‑world insight, and build confidence alongside experienced culinary professionals.
Overall, the takeover was a resounding success—celebrating skill development, employer engagement, and the continued growth of our Hospitality & Catering provision.
